1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, applying to become a seller, or otherwise using AccountHab, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use AccountHab.

2. How the marketplace works

AccountHab is an online marketplace for digital products. Products are listed by sellers who have applied to AccountHab and been approved, and are purchased by buyers using their AccountHab Balance. AccountHab operates the platform, the order and balance records, and the review process for refund and replacement requests.

3. Accounts and registration

  • To register you provide your name, an email address and a password, and you confirm your email address with a verification code that we send to you. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
  • Seller accounts begin as an application. An AccountHab administrator reviews each application, and seller access is granted only after approval. AccountHab may approve or decline an application.
  • Some security steps, such as a reCAPTCHA check, may be required when you register or sign in.
  • AccountHab may disable an account in the circumstances described in section 10. Accounts that have never been funded and have not been used for an extended period may receive a warning email and, if no sign-in follows, may be deactivated.

4. Buyer responsibilities

  • Read the product title, description and any listed conditions before you buy.
  • Use the products you buy lawfully and in line with the rules of the service they relate to.
  • Check what you receive promptly after delivery. Refund and replacement requests can only be submitted within a limited time after delivery, as explained in the Refund & Replacement Policy.
  • Keep any delivered credentials or files safe, and save the items you need. Delivered files may be removed automatically after a retention period set by AccountHab.
  • Submit refund or replacement requests honestly and only for genuine problems with an order.

5. Seller approval and listings

Sellers are responsible for their listings and for the products they deliver. Every seller must have the legal right and authority to sell what they list, must describe products accurately, and must deliver them securely. The detailed seller rules are in the Seller Agreement. AccountHab may review, hide, remove or reject any listing, and may restrict a seller account, where a listing or a seller does not meet those rules. Commission and payout arrangements for sellers are handled in the seller account and are not set out in these Terms.

6. Orders, payment and AccountHab Balance

  • Orders are paid from your AccountHab Balance. The price you pay is shown before you confirm an order, including any promo-code discount that applies.
  • You can add funds to your AccountHab Balance through the funding options that AccountHab makes available in your account. Funding options may change over time. Funds are added to your balance only after the payment has been confirmed.
  • AccountHab Balance is a credit that you can use to pay for purchases on AccountHab. Because it cannot be withdrawn (see the notice below), please add funds with this in mind.
  • Please check the details of an order before you confirm it. An order that has been paid and delivered can only be reversed through the refund and replacement process.

AccountHab Balance cannot be withdrawn. Your AccountHab Balance can be used to pay for purchases on the AccountHab marketplace. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account, a mobile financial service, a cryptocurrency wallet or any other external payment method. Approved product refunds are credited to your AccountHab Balance.

This rule describes how AccountHab Balance works. It does not take away any rights you have under the law that applies to you, and nothing in it waives those rights.

7. Delivery of digital products

Products are digital. When your payment for an order is confirmed, the products are normally delivered automatically and become available in your account. Delivery depends on the seller having stock available for the product. AccountHab does not provide physical goods.

8. Refunds, replacements and disputes

If there is a problem with a delivered product, you can submit a refund or replacement request from your order within the time allowed. AccountHab reviews the request, may ask you and the seller for information, and then approves or rejects it. A request is a request for review: it is not an approved refund or replacement until AccountHab says so. The rules, time windows and outcomes are set out in the Refund & Replacement Policy.

9. Prohibited products and activities

You may not use AccountHab to list, sell, buy or deliver, or to carry out, any of the following:

  • Hacked, stolen or otherwise improperly obtained accounts, or accounts the seller is not authorized to transfer or sell.
  • Accounts created with another person’s identity or personal information without their permission, and any product that may violate another person’s rights or cause them financial, personal or digital harm.
  • Products or activities that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or that infringe someone else’s intellectual property.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to AccountHab, to other users’ accounts or to AccountHab’s systems, or to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
  • False or abusive refund or replacement requests, false identity information, or creating accounts to avoid a restriction.

10. Account restrictions and enforcement

If AccountHab reasonably believes these Terms, the Seller Agreement or the law have been broken, or that an account or activity puts other users or the marketplace at risk, AccountHab may take appropriate action. Depending on the situation this may include removing or suspending a listing, restricting or suspending an account, disabling an account, declining or revoking seller access, and taking further action where fraud, theft, unauthorized access or harm to another person is reasonably suspected.

11. Live Chat and communications

Signed-in buyers and sellers can contact AccountHab through the in-account Live Chat, and you can also reach us through the options on the Contact Us page. We may send you service emails, such as email verification codes and notices about your account or orders. Please be respectful in all communications. Messages sent through Live Chat and the refund review conversation are stored as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

The AccountHab name, logo, design and site content belong to AccountHab or its licensors. Products listed on AccountHab belong to their respective owners or licensors. Using AccountHab does not give you any right to AccountHab’s branding or content beyond using the service as intended.

13. Availability of the service

We work to keep AccountHab available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features from time to time.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AccountHab is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by a seller’s listing or product beyond what is addressed through the refund and replacement process, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version currently in force, and continuing to use AccountHab after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
