Seller Terms & Marketplace Rules

AccountHab Seller Agreement

This agreement explains what AccountHab expects from every seller: honest dealing, legitimate ownership of what is sold, protection of buyers and of other people’s personal information, accurate listings, and the actions AccountHab may take if these rules are broken. Please read it in full before you apply to become a seller.

1. Seller Responsibilities

Every seller must provide only products that they are legally and legitimately authorized to sell. Sellers must act honestly, provide accurate information, and avoid any activity that may harm buyers, other individuals, or AccountHab.

2. Strictly Prohibited Accounts

Sellers must not list, advertise, or sell any of the following:

  • Hacked accounts, or accounts obtained through unauthorized access.
  • Stolen accounts, or accounts taken from another person without that person’s permission.
  • Personal accounts that the seller is not authorized to transfer or sell.
  • Accounts created using another real person’s name, photograph, address, identity documents, or other personal information without that person’s authorization.
  • Accounts linked to the seller’s personal phone number, where the seller keeps control of that number or the arrangement creates security, recovery, or ownership risks for the buyer.
  • Fraudulent, impersonation-based, unauthorized, or otherwise improperly obtained accounts.
  • Any account whose sale may violate another person’s rights, compromise their privacy, or cause financial, personal, or digital harm.

3. Ownership and Authorization

Sellers must ensure that every account they list is under their legitimate control and that they have the necessary authorization to transfer or sell it. Sellers must never sell an account that belongs to another person without proper authorization.

4. Privacy and Personal Information

Sellers must not misuse another person’s name, photograph, address, phone number, email address, identity documents, or other personal information. Sellers must not provide accounts that contain unauthorized personal information, or that include recovery methods allowing an unrelated person to keep control of the account.

5. Accurate Listings and Honest Descriptions

All product descriptions, account details, features, verification status, limitations, and access information must be accurate. Misleading claims, concealed limitations, false promises, and misrepresentation are prohibited.

6. Secure and Proper Handover

Sellers are responsible for making sure that they are authorized to transfer the product they advertise, and that the handover does not knowingly expose the buyer or any other person to fraud, unauthorized access, privacy violations, or avoidable security risks.

7. Complaints and Investigations

AccountHab may review reports concerning ownership, authenticity, product descriptions, or account security. Sellers must cooperate honestly with any review, and must not submit information they know to be false or evidence that has been fabricated.

8. Violations and Enforcement

If a seller violates this agreement, AccountHab may take action depending on the severity and circumstances of the violation, including:

  • Removing or suspending the relevant listing.
  • Temporarily restricting or suspending the seller account.
  • Revoking seller privileges and permanently removing the seller from the Seller Program, for serious or repeated violations.
  • Taking any additional appropriate action where fraud, theft, unauthorized access, or harm to another person is reasonably suspected.

Serious violations. Selling hacked or stolen accounts, or accounts created using another person’s identity without that person’s permission, is a serious violation and may result in immediate removal of the seller.

9. Agreement and Acceptance

By applying to become an AccountHab seller and checking the Seller Agreement acceptance box on the seller application, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to follow these rules.

Compliance with this agreement is a condition of selling on AccountHab. Violations may result in listing removal, seller suspension, or termination of seller privileges.
